Great pest control service. I used Clark many, many years ago and had made a request that I be notified a day before service so I could make arrangements to unlock my gate. Every time pest service came without notifying and I was charged full service for half service. Needless to say, that relationship ended quickly. I was hesitant on getting pest service again. Valley Pest Solutions truly cares about customer service. Terry came out when we initially established service almost 3 years ago. I explained to him how we keep our gate locked and would need to be notified before service is performed to make arrangements to unlock for the technician. I am notified at the beginning of the week before they come for service to make arrangements to unlock my gate. Service is always great - a full cleaning of any webs, spraying everything in sight! We had a wasp nest pop up in between services, they came out and removed immediately. No charge. We are very happy with Valley Pest Solutions!!

Never in a million years did I think a pest control service would be one of my favorite companies to deal with but here we are. Valley Pest Solutions has the BEST customer service of anyone I’ve ever worked with and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Not only do they help keep our home pest free but they have fair prices too! Do yourself a favor and use these guys!

Extremely happy with the service! I left a message and received a call back within the hour, Terry was great in explaining the process and was very friendly and helpful. They came in the next day, did an assessment, and upon agreeing to the terms and plan, ended up signing up with them. From day 1 that they inspected and sprayed, there has been 0, and I mean, ZERO ants inside the house nor outside, as well as no spiders in sight either! I could not believe how fast their product works and have definitely referred other neighbors to Valley Pest Solutions! Mind you, the prices are very competitive and worth paying for!

Terry did a great job!!! I was highly impressed with the service he gave I will surely recommend him to others..... It is amazing when you spray a yard and the next day you see dead bugs....
